Personal data protection policy<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

according to Art.\u00a012 et seq.\u00a0REGULATION OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND COUNCIL (EU) 2016\/679 (GDPR) and the Act on the Protection of Personal Data and on Amendments to Certain Acts of 29 November 2017, as amended.<\/span><\/p>

Training planner is a SaaS (Software as a Service) cloud service.\u00a0The service provider is Pavol Lan\u010dari\u010d-LANDAL,<\/span><\/p>

III.<\/span><\/p>

Service provider as information system operator<\/span><\/b><\/p>

  1. The operator of the trainingplanner.eu application (hereinafter referred to as the “application”) is Pavol Lan\u010dari\u010d-LANDAL.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  2. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is \u00a7 13 par.\u00a01 letter\u00a0b), f) of Act No. 18\/2018 Coll.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  3. The affected persons whose personal data is processed are the users of the application who have registered through the registration process on the website\u00a0<\/span>www.trainingplanner.eu<\/span><\/a>\u00a0.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  4. If the user of the application has not reached the age of 16, the use of the application and thus the processing of the child’s personal data must be approved by the child’s legal representative.\u00a0The approval is carried out in such a way that a message with a request for approval is sent to the email address of the legal representative, which is entered by the user during registration.\u00a0Consent is done by clicking on the appropriate link in the message.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  5. Purposes of personal data processing:<\/span><\/p>

    5. As the operator of the application, we process the following personal data of the user:<\/span><\/p>

      1. Name and surname<\/span><\/p><\/li>

      2. E-mail adress<\/span><\/p><\/li>

      3. Date of last login<\/span><\/p><\/li>

      4. Login name and password<\/span><\/p><\/li>

      5. Name, surname, e-mail address of the user’s legal representative<\/span><\/p><\/li>

      6. Billing data (Name of company\/natural person, ID number, DR\u010c, Address,<\/span><\/p><\/li>

      7. Other data entered by the application user are not subject to data processing by the operator.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

      8. Personal data is obtained directly from the person concerned (based on user registration in the application).<\/span><\/p><\/li>

      9. The operator does not process special categories of personal data.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

          Data and its sharing<\/span><\/p>

          All data that you enter into your account of the trainingplanner.eu cloud application is yours only and you have all the rights to it also according to the GDPR, and at the same time you are responsible for its correctness and content.<\/span><\/p>

          We only work with the data specified in Art.\u00a0III point 5.<\/span><\/p>

          We do not have direct access to the other data you enter in your account and we do not work with this data.\u00a0In terms of the functionality of the cloud application, you can share them with other users of this application.<\/span><\/p>

          We do not share your personal data with anyone unless one of the following occurs:<\/span><\/p>
