Terms of use<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0of the Training Planner web application (www.trainingplanner.eu)<\/span><\/p>

1. The user of the Training Diary application agrees to these terms of use.<\/span>
2. The user agrees to the processing of his data in accordance with the Personal Data Policy of the application.<\/span>
3. If the user of the application has not reached the age of 16, the use of the application and thus the processing of the child’s personal data must be approved by the child’s legal representative.\u00a0The approval is carried out in such a way that a message with a request for approval is sent to the email address of the legal representative, which is entered by the user during registration.\u00a0Consent is done by clicking on the appropriate link in the message.<\/span>
4. The operator of the application reserves the right to display advertisements in the application.<\/span><\/span>
5. The operator of the application is not responsible for any malfunctions or hacker attacks that cause the application to malfunction or data loss.\u00a0In this case, the operator restores the data from the last functional backup.<\/span>
6. Data related to training groups that are more than 1 year after completion will be deleted.<\/span>
7. Groups of indicators that are more than 1 year after the end of the last training group in which they were used will be deleted.<\/span>
8. The operator of the application reserves the right to temporarily shut down the application for system maintenance purposes.<\/span>
9. The trial period for testing the functionality of the application is 1 month.<\/span>
10. To use the application, it is necessary to pay a fee for using the application.\u00a0The fee is paid in advance according to your choice – for 6 months or for a year.<\/span>
11. If the fee is not paid within 1 month after the user account expires, the user account and all data related to this account will be deleted.\u00a0All data related to user accounts created by “Manager” and “Manager+coach” users will also be deleted.\u00a0The following data are deleted: user data, training indicators, training groups, training diary data – plan and reality.<\/span>
12. Complaints about the functionality of the application and requests for compensation are not accepted.\u00a0The trial period serves the purpose of testing the suitability of the application for the user’s needs.<\/span>
13. The operator of the application reserves the right to change these terms of use.\u00a0Users will be informed about the changes.<\/span><\/p>
